Upon entering Charlotte FORWARD , adults in the household are provided professional skills assessments at no cost to them. The purpose of the skills assessments are to determine their areas of strength, innate characteristics, and career paths that match their natural skills set.

One on one Professional Coaching Sessions from a dedicated success coach
The skills assessment portion of Charlotte FORWARD provides the participants the data necessary to narrow down the top 20 career matches for each adult in the family. Through professional one on one coaching sessions by our team of qualified Charlotte FORWARD Success Coaches, we assist them in choosing a career path and composing an action plan to pursue a career in their field of choice.
