Resume Building Workshop- A three day course that provides the essentials to build a resume that is sure to grab an employers attention.

Career Search Coaching- A dedicated career expert guides the participants on optimal job search tools, how to apply, and how to follow up properly.

Mock Interviews- Practice makes perfect. That is why our Charlotte FORWARD Success Coaches spend time with each of our Charlotte FORWARD participants, to recreate an interview environment. The more you practice, the more prepared you are!

Dedicated Mentorship- Every adult in the family receives round the clock guidance from their dedicated Charlotte FORWARD Success Coach as they pursue their career of choice.
