On July 29th, 2017 Queen City Unity hit the streets of Uptown Charlotte to distribute 270 Care Bags to those who are home insecure in our city. The Care Bags came courtesy of the young men and women at the Youth Educational Society and Project Hype, under the leadership of Brandon A. Miller. There were also about 100 Care Bags that were donated by the people of Weddington. Over 30 Queen City Unity Ambassadors participated in the distribution. It was an amazing day and there were a lot of grateful souls that benefited from the Care Bags. We are eternally grateful to be able to help those in need, for our team of Ambassadors, and those that donated. This was one of many steps to unite our city, one charitable act at a time.
